  • A highlight reel of our trip to Orlando!! The drive is about 21hrs. Like always, we made a stop in North Carolina (both ways), for about 2 days to rest up... I was a little worried about travelling with a little 3 month old, turned out we had nothing to worry about. Haytham enjoys car rides in his @nuna_canada car seat so he slept for most of the way there only waking up to feed, for diaper changes or wanting to play. I, on the other hand, do not want to go on another long road trip as long as this for the rest of the year, lol, too exhausting!! If you’re planning a long road trip with your little ones, here’s a few things to keep in mind: - bring lots of snacks and more importantly food for yourself esp if you’re breast feeding - have your changing pad, diapers & wipes handy + clear some space in the car to change diapers in case there are no facilities close by - bring your breast pump, ice packs & bottles - schedule departure around baby’s nap/bed time - bring your nursing pillow - bring your baby’s bath tub - stay hydrated throughout - toys for the little one - if you have a rocker or a bouncer, bring it - check the weather prior to departure - take as many breaks & stops as you need to avoid getting car sick Some of the above mentioned items may sound bulky & extra but trust me, you will need them and they will make your trip that much more comfortable and enjoyable Do you have experience travelling with your little ones?
